How to calculate ovulation period

Generally, a woman's menstrual cycle lasts 28 days, but some may have it longer or shorter. In the middle of the menstrual cycle, a woman's eggs are released from her ovaries and can usually be fertilized within 24 hours. This period is also known as ovulation.

If you want to determine when you are ovulating, there are some measurement methods you can use. For example, you can measure body temperature and observe changes in basal body temperature. David test strips or other testing tools can also be used to measure body temperature and observe changes in basal body temperature.

In addition to measuring these methods, consider scheduling sex in the middle of your menstrual cycle to increase your chances of pregnancy. Having sex during this period may make it easier for a woman's eggs to be fertilized.
