Drinking red wine during ovulation

A few years ago, my girlfriend and I were planning our wedding. During ovulation, we decided to celebrate this special day, so we drank a glass of red wine together. At that time, we thought it was a very romantic gift because it was a reflection of our love for each other.

However, the next morning I experienced a severe headache and nausea. My girlfriend reassured me that it was probably just a side effect of the red wine. However, over the next few days, my headaches and nausea became more pronounced, interfering with my daily life and work.

Eventually, I realized that I probably needed to stop drinking red wine because my symptoms were taking a toll on my health. My girlfriend and I consulted a doctor together, and the doctor told us that red wine contains a substance called polyphenols, which can affect the human nervous system and cardiovascular system. Therefore, we should not drink too much red wine during ovulation, otherwise it may have negative effects on health.
