It’s the ninth day of ovulation bleeding

My menstrual cycle is usually 28 days, but lately it has become irregular. On the eighth day, I started having light vaginal bleeding, similar to menstruation. However, the amount of bleeding gradually increased over the next few days, until it reached a peak on the ninth day, and then gradually decreased.

I'm concerned about whether my yolk sac has been expelled because the David strip test results have been getting weaker lately. I wanted to know if this was normal and if I needed immediate medical attention.

I am planning to consult a doctor, but I would like to know what I need to do during the consultation. I need to provide records of my most recent exams, including David's dipstick test results, so that the doctor can understand my condition. I also need to tell the doctor about my recent eating and lifestyle habits and whether I am taking any medications or treatments.
