I crave food four days after ovulation

Recently, I have been craving for chocolate. I don't like chocolate as much as I used to, but every time I see those beautiful chocolate cakes and chocolate beans, I feel an unquenchable appetite. I wonder why I crave chocolate so much. Is it instinctive?

I started thinking about this and did some research on chocolate. I discovered that chocolate contains a substance called cocoa beans, which is rich in antioxidants and nutrients, such as vitamin C and polyphenols. These substances help protect the body from free radical damage and help improve physical health.

I also learned that chocolates are a high-calorie food, but they contain small amounts of fat and sugar. Therefore, if consumed in moderation, chocolate can provide the body with the nutrients it needs and help keep the body healthy.

Although I had a craving for chocolate, I realized I had to control my appetite. I started taking steps like cutting back on the amount of chocolate I ate, or eating healthy chocolates like sugar-free and low-calorie chocolates.

I believe that by controlling my appetite and finding some healthy foods, I can stay healthy and stop eating chocolate as much as I used to.
