How to calculate ovulation when the cycle is 37 days?

A woman's menstrual cycle usually lasts from 28 to 30 days, but most women have a 30-day cycle. So if the cycle is 37 days, the next cycle will be 43 days. On day 14 of the cycle, which is day 10 of the next cycle, the woman's egg will be released from the ovary, which is also the woman's ovulation period.

In order to calculate a woman's ovulation period, we need to know the following factors:

1. Cycle days: We need to know the number of days in a woman’s cycle.

2. Cycle length: Women's cycle length can vary, but most women's cycles are 30 days.

3. Body temperature changes in the next few days: We can record our basal body temperature and calculate the changes in basal body temperature in the next few days.

We can use the following formula to calculate a woman’s ovulation period:

Cycle days x 28 days = basal body temperature change cycle

Among them, the number of cycle days refers to the number of cycle days of a woman, and the basal body temperature change cycle refers to the basal body temperature change cycle recorded by a woman.

For example, if the cycle is 37 days and the cycle length is 30 days, then the basal body temperature change cycle will be 30 x 28 = 960 days.

Dividing the basal body temperature change period by 960, we can get the basal body temperature changes in the next few days. For example, if the basal body temperature changes in the next few days is 0.02 degrees Celsius, then the following formula can be used to calculate a woman's ovulation period:

Basal body temperature change over the next few days = 0.02 degrees Celsius x 960 days

In this way, we can calculate a woman's ovulation period.

However, it should be noted that the above method is only suitable for women with a cycle of 30 to 35 days. Women with longer or shorter cycles may need to use other methods to calculate their ovulation.
