How to calculate ovulation?

1. Observe symptoms: Some women may experience symptoms during ovulation, such as breast swelling, nausea, headache, change in appetite, high energy, etc. These symptoms usually appear mid-cycle and worsen on or the day after ovulation.

2. Measure basal body temperature: Women can calculate ovulation by measuring basal body temperature. Basal body temperature refers to the average body temperature of a woman when she wakes up in the morning. Generally speaking, in the middle of the menstrual cycle, the basal body temperature will increase by 0.5 to 1 degree Celsius, and the body temperature will reach the highest value on the day of ovulation.

3. Use a pregnancy test stick or pregnancy test paper: If you have had sexual intercourse, a woman can use a pregnancy test stick or pregnancy test paper to detect whether she is pregnant during the ovulation period.
