Ovulatory leucorrhea is a colorless, odorless, transparent and gradually increasing phenomenon that usually occurs during ovulation during a woman's menstrual cycle. However, for some women, vaginal discharge during ovulation may appear less transparent, which may cause them discomfort or interfere with their pregnancy.

1. Inflammation: Certain types of inflammation, such as fungal or trichomoniasis infections, can cause leucorrhea to be less clear during ovulation. These inflammations may cause redness, swelling, itching, and pain, affecting a woman's quality of life.

2. Malnutrition: Certain malnutrition or chronic diseases may cause an imbalance in a woman's vaginal flora, making leucorrhea less transparent during ovulation. These malnutrition or chronic diseases include diabetes, thyroid problems, and anemia.

3. Drugs: Certain drugs may affect a woman’s vaginal flora, causing leucorrhea during ovulation to be less transparent. Examples include antibiotics, antifungals, and antidepressants.

4. Age: Age may also affect the leucorrhea that is less transparent during ovulation. As a woman ages, her vaginal flora may change, causing leucorrhea during ovulation to be less clear.

If a woman's leucorrhea during ovulation is not clear, she may feel uncomfortable or have difficulty getting pregnant. They are advised to consult their doctor to learn about any health issues or medication effects and develop a treatment plan accordingly. Doctors can also advise them to make lifestyle changes, such as increasing exercise, improving diet, and maintaining regular menstrual cycles, to improve the quality of leucorrhea during ovulation.
