Pregnancy period calculated based on ovulation period

The pregnancy calculation method we usually use is based on the time of the last menstrual period. That is, the first day of the last menstrual period is considered the beginning of pregnancy. However, one problem with this method is that it cannot accurately determine the ovulation period. This is because a woman's menstrual cycle can be affected by many factors, such as mood, diet, medications and health conditions.

To more accurately calculate pregnancy, people often use medical techniques such as ultrasound or blood tests to determine ovulation. These techniques can accurately measure when a woman's egg and sperm meet, thus determining the stage of pregnancy.

Although the pregnancy period calculation method based on ovulation period is more accurate, it also has some limitations. For example, this method may give different results if a woman has very short or long menstrual cycles. In addition, this method may also yield different results if a woman's menstrual cycle is affected by certain factors, such as mood or health.
