How to accurately check ovulation period

There are many ways to determine ovulation, one of the most common is using the basal body temperature method. Basal body temperature refers to the average body temperature of the human body over a long period of time. When you start measuring your basal body temperature, it will continue to rise by 0.3-0.5 degrees each day. If your temperature continues to rise for more than 14 days, you may be ovulating.

In addition to the basal body temperature method, other methods can be used to determine ovulation. For example, you can watch your menstrual cycle and calculate when you are ovulating. If your menstrual cycle is 28 days, then ovulation is 14 days before your next period. Alternatively, you can use the calendar method to determine ovulation. Mark the date of your next period on the calendar and then subtract 14 days from it. This is your ovulation period.

However, using these methods to determine ovulation is not always accurate. Some people may be affected by environmental factors, such as temperature and humidity.
