What's the matter with milk headache during ovulation?

Nipple headaches are caused by the swelling and development of the breast ducts and areolas in women during the ovulation period, causing breast fluid to flow out of the breast ducts, thereby irritating the skin around the nipples and areolas, causing discomfort.

This discomfort usually occurs within a few days of ovulation and may lessen as hormone levels drop. Typically, this discomfort does not seriously interfere with daily life, but it may cause discomfort in some people.

The causes of nipple headaches can be multifactorial. One possible cause is changes in hormonal levels. During ovulation, a woman's hormone levels rise, which may cause the milk ducts and areolas in the breasts to swell and develop, causing nipple pain. Additionally, some women may experience breast pain or discomfort, which may also cause nipple pain.
