Why can't I get pregnant during ovulation?

Problems with the female reproductive tract. The female reproductive tract is made up of many tubes and organs, including the vagina, uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes. Some of these tubes and organs may interfere with sperm entry and egg binding. For example, an acidic environment in the vagina may kill sperm, while inflammation or blockage in the fallopian tubes may prevent sperm and egg from meeting.

Female menstrual cycle. A woman's menstrual cycle is determined by many factors, including diet, exercise, stress and other physiological factors. These factors may affect a woman's reproductive cycle, including ovulation. Therefore, even during ovulation, a woman's menstrual cycle may be affected, resulting in inability to conceive naturally.

Men's issues. Men also need to be affected to become pregnant.
