That's ovulation

During ovulation, a woman's vaginal secretions will increase and become clear, transparent, and watery. This is because after a woman's egg is released, it needs to swim to the fallopian tube to combine with sperm to form a fertilized egg. During this process, a woman's vaginal secretions provide additional support, helping sperm pass through the vaginal wall and enter the uterus.

In addition to changes in discharge, women may also experience mild cramping and pain during ovulation. This is because the egg combines with the sperm during the process of discharge, causing chemical changes in the woman's body, causing mild cramps and pain.

A woman's body temperature also changes during ovulation. Under normal circumstances, a woman's body temperature will maintain a relative balance, but during ovulation, the body temperature will rise by 0.5 to 1 degree Celsius. This is because after a woman's egg is released, it needs to wait for a period of time to combine with the sperm, causing the body temperature to rise.
