Ovulation temperature 37.4: How to predict pregnancy?

During a woman's ovulation period, her body temperature rises. Generally speaking, a woman's body temperature will rise by 0.3 to 0.5 degrees Celsius every day. This increase in body temperature is called hyperthermia or hyperthermia. This phenomenon can be used to predict whether a woman will become pregnant during this period.

If a woman's body temperature reaches 37.4 degrees Celsius during ovulation, she may become pregnant during this period. This is because this high level of body temperature helps a woman attract more sperm into her body, increasing the likelihood of pregnancy.

However, predicting pregnancy simply by measuring body temperature is not always accurate. Changes in a woman's body, factors such as frequency of sexual intercourse, diet, stress and health conditions can all affect the likelihood of pregnancy. Therefore, if you want to get pregnant, a good way is to have sexual intercourse and wait for a period of time until the woman's body temperature reaches 37.4 degrees Celsius, thus predicting that she will become pregnant during this period.
